The software architecture team is the key team that bridges our many development teams to ensure we build solutions that work well together. Our software architects are responsible for providing practical solutions to business projects for sales, marketing and customer service. Key aspects of this are identifying boundaries and responsibilities for components within our systems, and guiding strong API contracts between them. We are passionate about technology evangelism and kaizen leadership across our teams. The manager of this team is responsible for guiding the architects in their projects, helping them to develop in their careers, and enabling them be the most successful and valuable employees they can be.

A successful Manager of Software Architecture will have the following:
