Job Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Lead innovation, strategy, and development of Sling TV website in line with group goals and objectives
  • Own Landing Page experiences and optimization and act as a liaison and subject matter expert for the broader Sling team
  • Embrace consumer shopping and buying behaviors across multiple platforms to manage and optimize the website marketing funnel to drive consumer preference of Sling TV as their entertainment provider
  • Leverage segmentation and marketing analytics to provide insights and deliver website programs to maximize marketing return on investment
  • Strategically asses acquisition opportunities, current customer impact, and implement corporate-wide programs
  • Effectively manage team and projects with strong organizational and communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful candidate will have the following:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in eCommerce Management for a high traffic site
  • Strong Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
  • Success in a start-up like environment. Ability to think creatively and strategically, but a willingness and desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’
  • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and in-depth experience with online analytics
  • Familiarity with site translation management and customer personalization
  • 1 year experience directly managing a team
