Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Multimedia Producer designs, builds and edits multimedia projects utilizing their creative skills in video and media production for internal and external promotions and training programs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and edits IHS (In-Home Services) promotions, training and communication content, with emphasis on video production, motion graphics and multimedia graphic design.
  • Works along side media team members to develop cutting-edge, flashy, media designs, including: videos, posters, branding, brochures and other media needs.
  • Provides support, including independent work, with: studio shoots, field shoots, audio recording, teleprompter, transcoding, editing and production management.
  • Effectively communicate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and users during all phases of production, review, training, and deployment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team to drive media projects from conception to successful execution.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful Multimedia Producer will have the following: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or demonstrated experience and capability with the below job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of various cameras to include Canon DSLR and Sony FS7
  • Intermediate to expert level skill with Adobe creative suite, to include but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Light Room
  • Intermediate to expert skill level with Cinema 4D and/or Blender Preferred
  • Competencies include excellent creativity, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative with an ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.  Also, must have the ability to effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff, to include executive leadership team.
