Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Business Operations Analyst on the Tools Support Team will be responsible for the strategy and operations of tool applications our Customer Service agents utilize. This includes the development of any new tools or new phases to current tools. This person will collaborate with our IT department, ensuring requirements are submitted and proper use-case testing has been conducted. This person will work with several different departments across the enterprise, gathering department-specific requests and making appropriate updates to current tools.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful Business Operations Analyst on the Tools Support Team will have the following:

  • Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; and three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Self-motivation, high energy, and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent networking capabilities with various stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid presentation and communication skills; project management experience is a plus
  • Solid analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Excel; proficiency in Teradata, SQL a plus
