We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards and Shared Services responsible for Compensation, Benefits and HR Technology who will be responsible for handling the strategy of DISH's programs, processes and tools in these areas.The person in this role provides professional level strategic, analytical and technical support to managers and DISH senior leadership.This work will be accomplished while ensuring that compensation, benefits and systems comply with evolving DISH policies and federal and state laws and regulations. The Sr. Manager will report to our CHRO and work closely with the HR and DISH leadership team.
