The Customer Service Center (CSC) Leadership Development team establishes uniformed and predictable learning for leaders throughout the CSC organization. We endeavor to produce ground-breaking leadership experiences that ensure success in productivity and engagement.
A Leadership Development Specialist researches, builds, executes and measures training projects for DISH’s CSC Operations leadership team. This position will also coordinate with various departments to align with operational objectives.
