This position supports all Indirect Sales groups. The main function of this position is to manage the full cycle recruitment for various staffing needs filling positions such as Account Managers, Sales Trainers, Operation's Analysts, and other Management and Professional-level candidates. This position will be responsible for advancing the DISH brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the DISH selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
