Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth.


Job Description

  • Manage reporting and strategic analysis of digital campaigns across a variety of channels as well as lines of business including but not limited to General Market, Latino and International
  • Aggregate reporting across a variety of sources including but not limited to digital buying platforms, ad verification platforms, 3rd party attribution platforms and 3rd party ad servers on a weekly basis inclusive of both media and creative
  • Run regular media efficiency analysis including but not limited to reports focused on ad frequency, geo, time of day, day of week, buying/partner overlap, brand safety and ad fraud
  • Perform monthly path to conversion analysis and provide recommended calibrations to maximize the efficiency of Digital Marketing channel as a whole
  • Partner across the marketing department, larger DISH organization and with external partners like ESPN, AMC, NFL, HBO, Google, Amazon and Facebook to drive digital campaigns, conversion rate optimization testing and to ensure marketing campaigns are executed holistically to deliver significant market share growth
  • Manage communication and project prioritization of external vendors and agencies

Skills - Experience and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing role
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling including pivot table creation and v-lookup functionality
  • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with online analytics tools such as Omniture, Web Trends, Google Analytics
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment; ability to work well under pressure; ability to execute aggressive deadlines under changing business dynamics.  Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects toward completion.
  • Desire to win the business every single day with a strategic mindset, and passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
  • Experience with dynamic number insertion or call tracking platforms a plus
  • Relocation reimbursement eligible
