Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth.

 

Job Description

  • Own the launch of new digital campaigns including creative trafficking, testing, tag management, and ad server campaign setup across a variety of channels as well as lines of business including but not limited to General Market, Latino and International
  • Responsible for the improvement of a forward thinking, cutting edge end-to-end ad-tech stack Manage as well as continually honing the trafficking processes and workflow
  • Partner across the marketing department, larger DISH organization and with external partners like ESPN, AMC, NFL, HBO, Google, Amazon and Facebook to drive digital campaigns, conversion rate optimization testing and to ensure marketing campaigns are executed holistically to deliver significant market share growth
  • Manage communication and project prioritization of external vendors and agencies
  • Assist in vetting and implementation of new technology partners including but not limited to cross device tracking, 3rd party ad verification and call tracking platforms
  • Implement and troubleshoot analytics tracking code including page tags, conversion tracking, custom events, and ecommerce tracking
  • Perform diligent and detail-oriented QA on ad units, click-through URLs and landing page functionality

Skills - Experience and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in ad serving and advertising platforms, including but not limited to DCM, Flashtalking, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Experience understanding ad tags and tag management systems including but not limited to Google Tag Manager and Tealium
  • Strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve web tracking errors
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment; ability to work well under pressure; ability to execute aggressive deadlines under changing business dynamics.  Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects toward completion.
  • General knowledge of raw creative files and audio and video assets required
  • Experience with dynamic number insertion or call tracking platforms a plus
  • Relocation reimbursement eligible
