Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer will help DISH build a culture where Curiosity, Pride, Adventure, and Winning are well valued. This person will recruit top talent, onboard, and be a keeper of the culture at DISH’s headquarters in Denver.

  • Partner with recruiters, HR and hiring managers to bring in top talent.
  • Actively source and identify top talent using a variety of strategies.
  • Proactively research new ideas to create innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Manage planning and logistics for candidate’s interview days onsite.
  • Engage candidates to consider conversation about opportunities with DISH.
  • Offer administrative support throughout the onboarding process of any new DISH employees.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources of Recruiting.

  • High attention to detail.
  • iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • High level of computer expertise with MS Office.
  • Flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • IT specific Recruiting/Sourcing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently and with urgency.
