    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The DevOps Security Architect will work closely with architecture peers across all of DevOps and Information Security to ensure that applications, services and data are secured according to audit and policy requirements. This leader will represent Information Security principles and requirements built by all development teams, through automation. This member of the security architecture team will lead our DevSecOps effort to apply automation to our most important security activities. Scope of coverage will be internally developed applications for both on-premise and cloud services.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Analyzes architectures and processes to apply automation
    • Determines workflow bottlenecks to prioritize where automation will provide the most impact
    • Prototypes automation solutions to demonstrate their viability and applicability to a particular problem


    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A Successful DevOps Security Architect will have the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related discipline
    • At least 5 years IT Experience / 3 years IT Security Experience
    • Demonstrated experience in the following areas: application security, domain segmentation, authentication, data protection, and automation of processes
    • AWS, IAM, KMS, ELB, Autoscaling, VPC, API Gateway, nginx, EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, Terraform, Unix/Linux, Docker, Rancher, Vault, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, ELK, Splunk, QRadar,, Dynatrace, Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Artifactory, Dynamic Scan, Static Scan, Dependency Checker, Kubernetes
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills including the ability to simplify key messages, present compelling stories and promote technical and personal credibility with internal and external executives, and both technical and non-technical audiences


    • Windows Automation experience
