    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Our Fulfillment Triage Program Manager acts as a liaison between our In-Home Services (IHS) teams and our Triage Specialists, primarily focused on our non-Satellite TV fulfillment services.  This role combines technical skills (data analysis, process improvement, overall program efficiency monitoring), with soft skills (internal/external communication, interdepartmental collaboration, significant organization) to support this growing aspect of our business!


    You’ll be working externally with our various vendors to understand their needs and help provide real-time fixes or alterations to current processes, and internally to help apply the changes and technology needed to exceed our customers expectations.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    Successful Fulfillment Triage Program Manager applicants have the following:


    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred - Mathematics, Finance, Economics, and/or Industrial Engineering focus a plus.
    • Apply objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex problems.
    • Ability to communicate to both internal and external executives, suggests innovative business solutions, and develops real-time fixes to customer impacting issues.
    • Proficient use of MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; SQL and VBA a plus.
    • Significant internet knowledge and usage a plus.
    • Ability to recognize demand patterns by request type, geography, and seasonality, as well as attention to detail.
