    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    We’re looking for an Account Manager to oversee strategic accounts day to day operations to achieve annual revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing account plans aligned with our corporate goals to drive  the overall volume of services. The Account Manager will be the advocate for key external partners to ensure a high quality of service and lead initiatives to maintain and grow the accounts.

     

    Other duties include:

    • Working closely with regions, managers, and executives to support business objectives
    • Continuously monitor, update, and report on performance and status of projects
    • Build and maintain positive business relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Strategic analysis of initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities
    • Identify areas of opportunity and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities   
    • Critical thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    Successful Account Manager applicants have the following:

     

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred; plus two years of relevant account management experience
    • Superior communication capability to both internal and external executives, suggests innovative business solutions, and develops real-time fixes to customer impacting issues.
    • Apply objective, analytical, and orderly thinking to the analysis of complex problems.
    • Proficient use of MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
    • Significant internet knowledge and usage a plus
    • Extreme devotion to customer experience
