Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead, supporting the creative advertising strategy across streaming media platforms such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Xbox, tvOS, LG and Samsung TVs.
  • Development of creative briefs and ads, including paid media and editorial placements; optimize creative ad performance.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure all ads are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative, Brand, and Marketing Planning & Analytics for campaign optimization and continuous planning and process improvements
  • Assist in reporting and development of analytical insights for continuous improvement of key performance indicators, including: Response rates, cart conversion, conversion from free trial to paid subscribers, account activation, viewing hours.
  • Creative planning liaison with key device partner contacts.
  • Key performance measurements: New customer acquisition, campaign response rates, customer acquisition cost.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

  • Very detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good relationship and network building capabilities; excellent teamwork ability and emotional IQ.
  • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative & quantitative; ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
  • Highly adaptive with a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Marketing or Business Bachelor’s degree.
