Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Analyst - Forecasting is responsible for developing and communicating ideas and concepts in a concise, compelling and creative manner, effectively targeting the benefits to our business partners. We are seeking an experienced communicator who has passion for fostering relationships and selling benefits.  This person should have proven leadership skills and a track record of delivering business results. Job duties:

  • Provide weekly and monthly forecast and variance analysis.
  • Create models for new business lines.
  • Work closely with multiple teams and business partners in order to incorporate business decisions into forecasts. 
  • Provide Ad Hoc forecasts and variance reports.

 

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful Analyst will have the following:

  • BA/BS in business, management, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Superior creative problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts
  • Experience programming in R/Python/Excel/VBA/SQL
  • Experience in Data Modeling
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to Management and Executives
