Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate Recruiting Supervisor to join this dynamic team of recruiting professionals who are tactically focused on helping us deliver resources for our world-class Customer Service Team.  From driving top-line application flow, to improving our employment brand with each new hire; this position is an opportunity to make an impact with the team who serves as the voice of DISH.  This role allows you the freedom to introduce new ideas and strategies, with the ability to sharpen your management and reporting skills in a high-volume recruiting environment at a Fortune 200 organization.  We are committed to providing opportunities for intellectually sharp and energetic leaders, and this position offers you the ability to make a difference.  


Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Lead and coach a team of hard working, intelligent, and driven recruiting screeners whose primary function is delivering top talent for our business partners across 9 national call center sites
  • Source, qualify, and present a solid, diverse group of candidates for mid-to high-level roles to which you are assigned
  • Use your expertise to help build on a best-in-class in-house recruiting team for great customer and candidate experience; work closely with business partners to continuously improve and implement recruiting methods and technologies to adjust to changing market and customer conditions
  • Provide input to continually refine our external and internal employment brand
  • Hold your team accountable with aggressive expectations, in a rewarding and encouraging team atmosphere
  • Build close and strategic relationships with our leadership team across all functions, including providing unique ideas to drive unique applicant flow, and anticipating future needs of the function through an advanced understanding of the business objectives
  • Lead enterprise-wide recruiting process improvement efforts for increased efficiency, quality, productivity and client experience
  • Prepare analytical reports as necessary for all levels of the organization ensuring the integrity, timeliness and maintenance of the data

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful Recruiting Supervisor should exceed expectations in the following areas:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in high performance recruiting preferred
  • Experience recruiting for call center operational roles preferred
  • Must be flexible and innovative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication and presentation abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS experience a plus)
