The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for developing new analytical solutions to integrate communications and data analysis across manufacturing departments. In this role, you will perform Oracle configuration, product lifecycle management, and reviewing items for possible obsolescence. Additional tasks include the set up and management of manufacturing cycle counts. We are driven by curiosity, pride, adventure, and a desire to win. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze current processes and procedures to make recommendations for improvement, especially focusing on ERP systems
  • Help implement a final course of action for enhancements to processes and procedures
  • Promote effective operations within and between departments
  • Become a subject matter expert on inventory movement and financial consequences
  • Use creativity and resourcefulness to meet established goals and manage a broad array of projects
  • Manage the completion of projects that are broad in nature by following general guidelines and using creativity and resourcefulness to meet established goals.
  • Prepare and deliver the required training to facilitate changes in business policy, procedures, and system implementations
  • Evaluate performance against established metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units
  • Work under light supervision
  • Assist with inventory audits at various manufacturing locations
  • Perform Oracle Configuration Management duties including part number creation, changes, min-max, orgs and planner codes
  • Perform PLM/PDM including part number setups, ECO changes and deviations
  • Evaluate inventory for possible disposal and obsolescence at end of life
  • Create and maintain reporting for company-wide publication

Skills - Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Understanding of inventory movement and the related logic
  • Experience with Oracle 12 and Agile PLM 9.3.3 highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Manhattan Scale WMS and/or Anaplan is a bonus!
  • Experience implementing Oracle/ERP systems or participating in a full roll-out out of a technology/system is a plus
  • Certified Oracle Agile 9.3.3 Administrator desired
  • Light programming (SQL) experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Experience in best practices for audits as well as cycle counts
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Oracle ERP
  • Ability to write reports, procedure manuals and presentations
  • Ability to coordinate, interact with, and build a relationship with various levels of management and customers
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
