    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor existing non-pay processes to ensure systems are functioning properly. Escalate when appropriate to ensure minimal impact to collections when issues arise
    • Benchmark existing processes to industry best practices and identify opportunities increase to increase non-pay invoice recovery and reduce non-pay carrying costs
    • Develop requirements to optimize processes through process automation and other system enhancements and partner with internal Data, IT, Partner Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to execute
    • Provide ongoing support for and input into initiatives with non-pay impact and partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are updated to accommodate any changes
    • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers
    • Partner with data teams to develop reports and dashboards to track results and monitor non-pay processes to identify exceptions proactively and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Handle all work related to Chargeback integration, Prepaid flow integration and tracking/reporting

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful candidate will have the following skills:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to interact effectively with C-level executives, marketing managers, operations managers, IT management, software development, test teams, and infrastructure teams
    • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of billing management; knowledge of payment flows, including credit card chargebacks
    • Working knowledge of the billing platforms, such as Oracle, Zuora or Recurly
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint preferred
    • Must have excellent facilitation skills, very strong follow through abilities and must have strong ownership of projects and issues – drive team to resolutions and delivery
    • Must have the ability/experience to recommend solutions to issues and risks
