    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Marketing Lead, DishLATINO Brand team will be responsible for leading consumer research and playing an instrumental role in launching all new brand campaigns and creative. You will work closely with cross functional marketing teams, the general market consumer insights team, and dedicated strategic agencies to guide the insights, communication and innovation pipeline to deliver breakthrough growth. You will report to the Senior Brand Manager, DishLATINO Brand team and you will be an advocate for consumer-led, marketing driven business leadership across the company, with our agencies and our partners.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead Consumer Insights for DishLATINO – Work with internal Consumer Insights team and DishLATINO management to develop and manage annual Research Plan.  Key point of contact for research vendors
    • Support brand planning, brand campaigns, and brand creative development across all DishLATINO tactics.  The Marketing Lead is the principal support for these key projects, and will coordinate and facilitate all steps with our agencies, deliver feedback, manage productions, etc.
    • Steward the Brand–Maintain Brand Guidelines, act as key member of DishLATINO Brand Council
    • Liaise with DishLATINO Media team to ensure creative is developed and delivered on time and per annual media plan
    • Represent DishLATINO as key liaison with OneTen, DISH’s internal design agency, and lead all brand projects with OneTen
    • Lead various high exposure annual video projects for key events (Team Summit, Leadership Forum, ATMs, etc.)

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Marketing Lead for DishLATINO will have the following: 

    • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related business discipline strongly preferred); MBA considered a plus
    • 3-5 years of professional work experience; or 1-2 years of professional work experience with an MBA.  Minimum 2 years of work experience in Brand Management or a marketing-related field, including understanding of creative development process and the importance of creativity in marketing communications.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and have an understanding there are different types of Hispanic consumers in the U.S.
    • Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and project management experience
    • Strong communication and presentation skills: advanced ability to present recommendations and to adjust presentations accordingly based on feedback
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, support network-building capabilities, promote enthusiasm, and foster strategic thinking
    • Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness
    • Decisive & effective problem-solving ability. Sound analytical skills
