    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    This Marketing Specialist position is within the DishLATINO team, the recognized leader in the Hispanic marketing field.  This position is responsible for establishing existing customer retention strategies.  This Marketing Specialist  will also work cross functionally on business-critical projects to drive operationalization of marketing initiatives. 


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead Cause Marketing strategy and initiatives
    • Liaise with Consumer Insights, Analytics, and Survey teams to inform Retention initiatives
    • Support Retention marketing operations; work with internal and external partners on various programs to help retain customers
    • Lead leveraging viewership data for ARPU and Retention initiatives
    • Lead media testing
    • Be responsible for billing and accruals

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Marketing Specialist, DishLATINO will have the following: 

    • Bachelor’s in Marketing or related business discipline or equivalent professional work experience
    • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative; ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency
    • Strong project management skills and ability to operationalize marketing execution
    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Good relationship- and network-building capabilities; excellent emotional intelligence
    • Spanish-language proficiency - preferred
