    The Sling Digital, Media, and Social (DMS) Marketing Organization pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data driven team that develops, maintains and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, digital ad networks and programming partners to drive business growth.   You’ll be responsible for working across all social platforms (with focus on Facebook initially) to plan, implement, manage and optimize data -driven campaigns.


    Job Description

    • Flawlessly run paid media in Facebook and Instagram. Responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, and ongoing optimization that meets and exceeds goals.
    • Reporting monitoring and providing insights on performance, including providing additional suggestions for continual improvement on overall campaign objectives
    • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the capabilities of Facebook and other Paid Social platforms and be able to test and apply them to client/campaign objectives.
    • Partner with Paid social, Digital, and Marketing & Analytics team to use real-time data, testing, and campaign learnings to effectively optimize and manage campaigns. Collect insights to share back with internal and client teams.
    • Produce clear communication for internal teams and directly to clients regarding campaign performance, recommendations and expected deliverables.
    • Work flexible hours to adapt to the real-time nature of the social space. Be available “on call” during non-business hours for posting and optimizing as needed.

    We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing media role
    • Effective at project management and ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.      
    • Positive attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Hands-on experience in media buy with proven results, experience in Facebook power editor a strong plus
    • Expertise in data analysis
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight time constraints
    • Bachelor’s Degree Required
