    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

    • Lead innovation, strategy, and development of Sling TV website in line with group goals and objectives
    • Work cross-functionally with creative, brand, and IT to bring Sling Landing pages to life.  Own the Landing page experience and optimization and be the subject matter expert to the broader Sling team.
    • Embrace consumer shopping and buying behaviors across multiple platforms to manage and optimize the website marketing funnel to drive consumer preference of Sling TV as their entertainment provider
    • Leverage segmentation and marketing analytics to provide insights and deliver website programs to maximize marketing return on investment
    •  Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire, upsell, and retain customers through the landing page channel.
    • Effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful candidate will have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 1-3 years experience in eCommerce Management for a high traffic site
    • Strong Familiarity with a content management system such as Adobe Experience Manager (preferred), Drupal, Joomla, or equivalent.
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, prioritize demands, and drive results in a volatile and fast-paced industry.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically and follow through with tactical execution.
    • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and in-depth experience with online analytics.
    • Familiarity with site translation management and customer personalization.

    Preferred experience:

    • Marketing copywriting
    • Basic functional knowledge of Photoshop and Sketch
