    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

    • Designs, develops, and edits training and communication content, with emphasis on video production and multimedia graphic design platforms
    • Content Design Includes: hype videos, poster design, product releases, animation, streaming events, character design and other creative mediums
    • Develops creative, top-quality, coherent and concise user documentation and training materials that support the training strategy and improve overall user capabilities.
    • Provides interface with project managers, business analysts, developers and users during all phases of system analysis, testing, training, and deployment.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Producer will have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or two plus years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • DSLR camera experience
    • Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe CS5 Suite, Cinema 4D skills
    • Competencies include excellent creativity, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong relationships with all levels of corporate and field organizations
    • Flexible and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
