    Job Duties and Responsibilities


    Dish is looking for a Marketing Lead to join our dynamic Marketing Execution department. As a member of the Cross-Tactic team, this individual will help manage the execution of various marketing tactics, lend their skills to the improvement of the Dish customer journey, improve company learning through Test & Learn opportunities, and contribute to the improvement of integrated/omni-channel marketing campaigns.



    • Contribute to strategic development of Cross-Tactic team initiatives including Test & Learn, Customer Journey, and Integrated Campaigns.
    • Understand the various direct response tactics leveraged by Dish to acquire new customers. These include both print and digital initiatives.
    • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders and Marketing Execution team to ensure initiatives are executed on time.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with tactic strategy owners.
      • Support the execution of tactics through enterprise project management tool.
      • Coordinate schedule of the many tactics/projects handled by Marketing Execution team.
      • Identify opportunities to improve and leverage efficiencies in the project execution process.
    • Coordinate Test & Learn process on behalf of Marketing Execution. Identify ways to better communicate test results to marketing floor.
    • Support the Marketing Execution rotational program.
      • Ensure operational processes have current documentation.
      • Provide training for team initiatives and processes to new rotational employees.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements


      • BA/BS in marketing, business administration, communications or related field.
      • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project management, account/vendor management, promotions and or creative production.
      • Successful candidates are inquisitive, not afraid to challenge assumptions, hungry for knowledge, and strive to do their personal best to excel.
      • A strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, strong understanding of test methodologies/design and process improvement.

      • Ability to work independently as well as with internal and external teams.
      • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
      • Database analysis and management is a plus.
      • Very strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
