    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Marketing Manager will focus on two primary goals.  The first being revenue generation from our existing subscriber base; this position is responsible for increasing subscriptions to highest tier core programming packages and add-on packs.  The second goal is to implement solutions that will reduce customer disconnects due to non-payment.


    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: 

    • Manage the core package revenues, increase upgrades, reduce downgrades and drive continuous improvement of the product.
    • Develop a strategy for maximizing revenue for a large line of business, including improvements to upsell tools and offers.
    • Leverage viewer measurement data to recommend best programming to our customers.
    • Partner across the business to develop consistent messaging and product points to be used in advertisements, by representatives on the phone, and by technicians in customer’s homes.
    • Identify and implement creative solutions to reduce non-payment disconnects and maintain customer profitability.


    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Marketing Manager will have the following: 

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and 5+ years of relevant experience, MBA preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience working closely with executive management.
    • Able to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and effectively distribute clear information.
    • Ability to set goals, track performance, drive action items to meet or exceed goals, and communicate regular updates to all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
