    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    A Marketing Project Manager is responsible for leading the initiation, planning and implementation of Marketing projects with cross-functional and IT impacts. In addition, they will be managing related operational items such as promotional inventory coordination, project management support software configuration and adoption, and cross-team collaboration on enterprise initiatives. They will work with the project team to arrive at the deliverables and work efforts, determine scheduling, and manage change requests to achieve project success and completion.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
    • Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization.
    • Plan and schedule project timelines and hold necessary weekly/daily or ad hoc meetings.
    • Consistently monitor and report on the project progress/status to all stakeholders and assist in issue resolution as necessary.
    • Improve existing processes and act as a champion for positive change.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Marketing Project Manager will have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management or related field.
    • Proven success at managing projects from ideation to close.
    • Must possess high energy to maintain a sense of urgency and enthusiasm throughout project and to set the tone for all teams involved.
    • Dynamic personality and can quickly establish trust and rapport with all levels of the organization.
    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage large meetings.
    • Ability to balance attention to detail and executional excellence with strategic thinking and an understanding of the big-picture business environment.
    • Ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, and focused.
    • Experience managing vendor relationships a plus.
    • PMP, CSM, and/or CAPM certification a plus.
