The Business Operations Analyst Role is responsible for managing several programs that are critical to the success of Direct Sales, the National Sales Partner, and National Accounts Sales Channels, Customer Retention, and DISH Movers. This represents 75% of customer acquisition at DISH, as well retention and movers. This is a role with great responsibility and a huge opportunity for growth.
The Analyst will be responsible for ad hoc and recurring report creation and analysis for the channels named above. This duty will include partnering with internal teams that maintain our operational sales data and use standard reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL) to access and compile data.
The ideal individual for this role can think critically, learn quickly, and be able to combine data analytics with business acumen.
