    Job Duties and Responsibilities


    • Manage the International business website(s), landing pages & online carts
    • Manage and report on CMS, testing, & analytics
    • Work with internal teams on wireframing, design, & development of the website - to enable an optimized online shopping experience specific to International cultural tastes and behavioral expectations
    • Perform conversion optimization and user-experience enhancement on the website and e-commerce shopping cart
    • Responsible for ensuring proper tagging, action triggers, etc. Knowledge of Tealium (& GTM) a plus
    • Manage Product Catalog
    • Develop & implement in-language website & cart project
    • Manage SEO – harvest English & in-language keywords to enhance ranking & scoring; coordinate on keyword management
    • Manage ongoing reporting for each page, campaign & brand
    • Manage site and page structure strategy, as well as pixels and data layer
    • Monitor analytics & errors to verify traffic and look for digital system glitches (ie. server errors, bounce rates, etc.)
    • Develop and run a robust test program to further increase conversions
    • Stay up to date on software, data & online trends
    • Work closely with IT, Engineering, UX & Ops team to define logic of website codebase such that visitor actions tie to digital marketing campaigns and conversions attribute to media correctly


    Skills - Experience and Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field a plus; Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience
    • Proficiency in excel required
    • Effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills
    • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and in-depth experience with online analytics tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics; familiarity with IT development practices, Javascript / HTML coding and web design preferred
    • Ability to manage and deliver project requirements and delivery milestones
    • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic solution-driven thinking
    • Knowledge of multi-attribution platforms a plus (ie Convertro, Marketshare, Encore, Invoca)
    • International culture & business passion is a plus
    • Excellent writing and communication skills; Strong attention to detail
