    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Role

    We are seeking a passionate, energetic and flexible individual to join our International Business Unit as a Specialist II, Project Manager - Campaign Management.  Our team operationalizes, markets, and sells international programming packages, available in over 20 language groups, across both DISH & Sling brands, within the United States. 


    Candidates will have outstanding experience managing high volume campaign strategies and has a passion for all things international. You will execute digital campaigns & strategies to acquire, retain and monetize subscribers and reduce lost opportunity cost where possible. Automate where possible with marketing tech & iteratively streamline all processes. This role will require frequent prioritization, as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, as well as externally, to successfully drive results.




    • Managing digital campaigns by synchronizing digital efforts across all channels
    • Digital Asset Management (DAM) including agency, brand, QA, digital, uploading, etcAsset approvals, QA & process for sizing, % text rules, guidelines by platform, etc
    • Uploading assets/delivering to correct platform/agency
    • Manage asset & campaign priority queue internally & externally
    • CMS & Content Management (collecting copy & images for website pages, updating CMS), collecting site content, etc
    • Develop & communicate project timelines
    • Responsible for evaluation, consolidation & management of DISH & Sling MarTech stacks in an effort to further streamline operations
    • Datorama/Reporting tool maintenance/cleanup
    • LiveRamp maintenance
    • Invoca/TFN Process Management
    • Collecting ad hoc data requests from respective parties
    • Updating budget with PO & Invoice actuals
    • Reporting gathering for multiple parties

    This is a role for a perfectionist, who can learn fast, has an extreme eye for detail, can streamline & evolve processes iteratively to reduce lost opportunity costs & uncover and rectify loss of efficiency.  This role is challenging given the dynamic market landscape and high volume of stakeholders. This role will allow the right candidate the opportunity to make a large impact in a short time. A successful PM will have the following:

    • Master of processes & MarTech, passionate about the digital marketing landscape

    • Experience with digital project management, digital marketing, ad ops, MarTech stacks
    • Effective problem-solving ability & resourcefulness to accomplish action items successfully and on time
    • Understanding of analytics & reporting; must know how to use Excel
    • Ability to calculate formulas, including but not limited to opportunity cost
    • Marketing, Business, or Analytics degree
