    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Sales Engagement & Support is seeking a Business Operations Analyst who will join the Indirect Operations and Communications team. This position will work closely with a wide variety of external partners and internal DISH departments as a subject matter expert to ensure the concerns of the indirect sales channels are addressed in the development and implementation of enterprise projects. They will also create and distribute business changes through communications to both internal and external customers.


    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Evaluating enterprise and sales-specific projects for indirect sales concerns, providing valuable input during project development.
    • Functioning as a subject matter expert representing indirect partners on projects through development and implementation.
    • Creating timely communications and developing digital documents for regular distribution to internal and external audiences.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the organization.


    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Business Operations Analyst will have the following:


    • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university and at least one year experience; or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Strong customer service and team work skills; ability to work well with a variety of departments/individuals.
    • Motivated, with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • High level of flexibility/adaptability
