    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    We are currently looking for a Performance and Attribution Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will own the execution of A/B testing and measurement to drive toward our subscriber acquisition goals. You will be the subject matter expert for marketing attribution and digital cart funnel tracking; this includes a wide range of digital marketing channels: website, mobile apps, and apps on streaming media players such as Roku or Amazon Fire. You will have the opportunity to directly impact high priority company goals. This is the right role for you if have a driving curiosity to uncover hidden assumptions in data and unlock opportunities for business growth.

     

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Leverage data insights to optimize conversion rates on in-app and web carts for prospective subscribers
    • Work cross-functionally with IT, Product and Analytics teams to improve data quality; address gaps in tracking or attribution by developing requirements for new enhancements or bug fixes
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on Marketshare, Kochava, Google Analytics, and other tracking and attribution partners and methods; Understand and maintain a knowledge base for all marketing attribution
    • Design and setup frequent A/B tests
    • Where feasible, track users across multiple platforms (website, app, social, etc.), to increase cross-channel customer journey insights
    • Report on all tests & advise on success or insights to inform future tests
    • Safeguard data quality through planning and testing as new client or website enhancements or bugs emerge

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Marketing Lead would have the following:

    • 2-5 years experience managing and troubleshooting website tags/pixels
    • In-app ad attribution and analytics such as Kochava, Appsflyer, Branch, etc.; In-app A/B or multivariate testing experience strongly preferred
    • Website content management system tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, IBM Customer Experience Suite, etc.
    • Website A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely, etc.
    • Demonstrable experience with website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
    • E-commerce environment with multiple digital channels; Setting up A/B and multivariate testing and providing actionable insights from testing analytics

    Skills - Additional Experience and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
    • Deep experience with tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager, or Tealium, etc.
    • Data visualization techniques to effectively tell the stories behind the data
