The Regional Field Operations Manager provides leadership and account management of DISH Service Providers within a given territory. This includes ensuring all Service Providers are providing a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving DISH performance goals and maintaining all DISH standards. You will be responsible for the guidance, development, and implementation of best practices and process adjustments to improve the business.
