    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Business Operations Analyst will work across areas especially finance, supply chain, and business operations. You'll be on a small team determining how to best meet business needs in the department, using creativity to build analytical models to optimize business intelligence. 

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilize and manage spreadsheets/databases
    • Identify relationships/trends and develop tools to create an enjoyable user interface
    • Devise innovate ways of building business models that intergrate various data sources 
    • Break down complex issues into manageable pieces to tackle
    • Documenting requirements (user stories) for new analytical model functionality/enhancements to existing model functionality
    • Conducting end-user training
    • Collaborate with business partners and build relationships with them
    • Analyze business operations to develop methods that will sustain, redesign, and improve processes
    • Execute projects within time constraints
    • Assess risk of potential new technologies

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
    • Master's degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience
    • Leadership experience desired
    • Experience with Excel, Access, Tableau, or other similar tools
    • Must be a tenacious learner who is curious and excited about learning new technologies
    • Strong business analytical skills
    • Aptitude for multi-dimensional modeling tools
    • Experience creating solution tools utilizing multiple data sources
    • Highly organized and ability to self direct
    • Supply Chain/Finance experience is a bonus!
    • Experience with enterprise tools is a bonus!
