    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Role:

    We are seeking a passionate, energetic and flexible individual to join our International Business Unit as an International Marketing Specialist focusing on display media, in-app media, and affiliate channels. The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to jump between paid media channels as necessary. This role will require frequent prioritization, as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Passion for international is a huge plus!



    • Execute, manage, and optimize campaign performance across Programmatic Media Platforms (GDN, DBM, Trade Desk, etc.) and premium publishers, to produce results per defined objectives.
    • Work with publishers in the affiliate channel, to create and promote content; Work with device partners to create and manage audiences, and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with Brand team on the development of engaging, impactful/disruptive, and relevant creative while ensuring they are digitally optimized across all relevant platforms
    • Perform conversion funnel analytics, interpret attribution modeling data, track performance, uncover insights and make improvements to campaigns, to ensure marketing objectives are achieved within budget, while responding to changing market and competitive conditions
    • Create and run a robust testing program to further increase conversions; Effectively manage projects with strong organizational and communication skills. 
    • Coordinate media integration with tools, 3rd party partners, and digital media creative elements.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field a plus.
    • More than 1 year of programmatic display media experience utilizing platforms like GDN, DBM, Trade Desk, etc. for ad networks, real-time bidding, attribution models, and associated technologies, preferably in an agency environment.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of display advertising.
    • Proficiency in Excel required.
    • Massive attention to detail, you don’t miss a beat & always know what projects are in the works.
    • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic solution-driven thinking; International culture & business passion is a plus.
