    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    We are currently looking for a Retention Marketing Lead/Sr. Lead to join our Retention Marketing team. This role will invest in the relationship with free trial and paid subscribers to enhance their engagement and build affinity for Sling. You’ll work cross-functionally across the marketing, operations, programming, and product teams to deliver an unparalleled customer experience that drives loyalty.     Job Duties And Responsibilities

    • Work with Marketing, Planning, and Analytics to segment the customer base using behavioral and demographic data
    • Analyze data to gain key consumer insights to incorporate into personalized engagement and upsell strategies across email, in-app, and web touchpoints
    • Maintain a testing pipeline and synthesize learnings to continuously optimize campaigns; map the holistic customer journey to produce relevant, omni-channel messaging and offers
    • Collaborate with Customer Care to deliver a superior customer service and My Account experience
    • Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on engagement and loyalty initiatives
    • Manage the development of a Marketing Specialist
    • Build business cases to prioritize strategic IT development projects; report and track progress against engagement, roll-to-pay, and churn KPIs


    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A Successful Candidate Will Have The Following:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with focus in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns
    • Experience with campaign measurement and a solid understanding of metrics that drive a business
    • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver superior results
    • Confidence using data to drive decisions and results
    • Passion for stepping into the customer’s shoes
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to find creative solutions
