    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Subscriber reporting team.  The primary resonsibilities will fall under the following categories:

    • Responsible for supporting accuracy of a variety of daily Subscriber reports (DISHTV, SLING, PAYTV, Broadband) 
    • Responsible for compiling weekly and monthly summaries of Subscriber daily activity
    • Responsible for compiling revenue results to support monthly EBU process (calculation of commercial subscribers based on revenue)
    • Responsible for auditing partner invoices for subscriber related charges prior to AP processing
    • Performs periodic audits of a variety of reports provided to ensure day to day results are correctly reported

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Reporting Analyst will have the following:

    • 1-2 years analytic skills
    • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Access
    • CSG/Recurly/AMDOCS billing familiarity a plus
    • Able to understand the interconnectivity of the various systems, the sources of data, and the impact of transactions (three billing systems feeding into Data Warehouse reporting cubes)
    • Able to determine the most efficient and reliable method of data extraction using advanced software skills/complex queries(Excel/Access)
    • Able to analyze results and know where other sources can be utilized to validate
    • Stays on top of project milestones and monitors progress with minimal intervention from management
    • Can complete complex projects in a timely and accurate manner
    • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
