    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    This position will work on the Reporting and Optimization teams and act as a project manager to ensure resources are available from IT in a timely manner as well as clear and transparent communication with internal customers on projects. The teams provide support to the billing department through process automation and data visualization. A strong candidate is capable of organizing and communicating on multiple projects at a time. Candidates should have a solid understanding of or willingness to learn programming languages (such as SQL, C#) as well as automation and visualization tools (such as Tableau, SSIS) to best serve the team and its customers.

     

    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

    • Liaison between the team and IT teams to ensure projects are submitted and seen to completion in a timely manner
    • Liaison between the team and other teams in the department to define project priority
    • Work closely the team to understand processes and capabilities to be able to represent the team accurately
    • Communicate project status and timelines across multiple teams

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful candidate will have the following:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • High degree of organization to ensure projects are on track and seen to completion
    • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
