    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    DISH's Commerical Sales team in Englewood, CO is seeking a National Accounts Manager to help increase sales and contribute to overall revenue requirements by managing partner relationships, increasing business with existing clients, and generating new business opportunities.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

    • Manage existing integrator/partner accounts, working to grow incremental business and retain existing business.
    • DISH subject matter expert to integrators/partners in the context of the hospitality space.
    • Analyze current partnerships and creates growth strategies to enance DISH’s brand position and penetration within the hospitality market by way of our integrators/partners.
    • Attend and exhibit at hosptitality related trade shows, industry shows, and other networking events.
    • Create and present written and oral sales materials, including e-mails, proposals and presentations.
    • Update weekly and monthly reports for management on status of sales funnel and current business.
    • Solicit new business. Include responding to internal leads, cold calling, referrals, and other methods.
    • Negotiate and coordinate with internal departments to successfully design various program and business plan rollouts.
    • Perform regular travel obligations to meet and visit prospects, clients and potential partners.
    • Develop and maintain an annual goal and plan document to meet sales quota.
    • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas, KPI’s and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience, preferably working in an indirect or commercial sales environment
    • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff within a corporate environment
    • Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
    • Requires high level computer expertise, including use of internet, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
    • Travel requirements are up to 50%
