It’s fast paced, dynamic, and always an adventure. We take great pride in our work and you will have the opportunity to strengthen culture, develop skills, and support the staff that has produced the #1 OTT Live TV streaming service – Sling TV!     Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide general support to employees and guests
    • Take inventory, receive, and stock equipment and supplies for office and staff, including coordinating with vendors
    • General administrative tasks including but not limited to: greeting guests, answering/transferring phone calls, coordinating and scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, filing, faxing, mailing/receiving
    • Help plan and coordinate regular office activities and events

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

    • Associates degree or 2+ years related experience
    • Detail oriented, organized, effective communicator, decision maker, and self-starter
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and multi-task
    • Experience with Oracle a plus
