The Key Accounts Field Support – Operations Specialist is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service to high priority accounts. Key Accounts Field Support provides specialized support through coordination of our best in class technicians and business partners by focusing on efficient and expert management of high profile accounts. This role will be responsible for coordinating with multiple business partners, high priority customers and the In-Home Services (IHS) installation offices. The candidate must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and strive to meet the needs of both external and internal customers.
