    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Key Accounts Field Support – Operations Specialist is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service to high priority accounts. Key Accounts Field Support provides specialized support through coordination of our best in class technicians and business partners by focusing on efficient and expert management of high profile accounts.  This role will be responsible for coordinating with multiple business partners, high priority customers and the In-Home Services (IHS) installation offices.  The candidate must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.  The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and strive to meet the needs of both external and internal customers.

    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

    • Knowledge of business rules for each project as they pertain to each client.
    • Schedule installation and service appointments for clients of business partners and provide real-time updates.
    • Statusing each appointment throughout the day to verify completion.
    • Take incoming calls from technicians, business partners and customers from the Key Account toll line.
    • Coordinate with Commercial IHS department on a daily basis  for a variety of requests

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Operations Specialist will have the following:

    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate and interact cross-functionally with multiple levels of management, business partners and customers.
    • Exceptional organization and time-management skills; results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible.
    • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities.
    • Self-starter with ability to be a strong team player as well as work independently.
    • Four year degree or related experience strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
