    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    General Responsibilities

     

    • Providing the ‘glue’ for the media buying team to all internal business units, helping to maintain organization and structure across the team
    • Organize the master project status list of all business units on a weekly basis, as well as for monthly and QBR meetings
    • Lead project status tracking to all internal stakeholders
    • Lead organization for meeting planning, agendas, meeting notes and next steps
    • Updating weekly and monthly reporting with insights from each team, including graphs, media buying insights, and creative insights
    • Requesting lists from analytics via Workfront and other business partners as needed; QA list formats and making sure timelines are met
    • Lead communication for financial spend and forecasting reporting pacing to marketing finance
    • Partner with marketing finance owning PO requests, billing reconciliation and invoice payments
    • In conjunction with campaign managers, write PIFs and coordinate kickoff meetings with OneTen to get creative delivered and approved by stakeholders according to project timelines
    • Communicate budget pacing weekly and monthly
    • Organize and coordinate reporting and campaign deck creation with internal clients
    • Set up meetings with external vendors – booking rooms and working with front desk for security and scheduling
    • Manage internal client expectations by serving as liaison to the media team, fostering partnership and consistency across all internal business units

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Digital Media Account Manager will have the following: 

     

    • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a relevant agency or client side role required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field preferred.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills required.  
    • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and creative development process.
    • Desire to win the business every single day with a strategic mindset, and passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly and to learn and act quickly. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking
    • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, motivation and communication skills
