    To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Paralegal/eDiscovery Analyst to join our internal eDiscovery team. Responsibilities include drafting and issuing Legal Holds, interviewing relevant custodians, and assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with best-in-class policies and procedures related to DISH’s discovery obligations in litigation and government investigations.  The Paralegal/Analyst will also take the lead in making certain filings with the Federal Election Commission.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work with merits counsel and eDiscovery Corporate counsel to develop matter scope and draft, issue and track custodial and data legal holds;
    • Conduct and track custodial interviews;
    • Manage and track status of discovery and compliance action items;
    • Collaborate effectively with IT-eDiscovery team in support of data preservation, collection, processing, and transfer tasks;
    • Execute and analyze searches in document review tools;
    • Provide improvement suggestions regarding data flow management and technical systems; and
    • Make filings with Federal Election Commission related to political advertising on DISH and Sling TV platforms.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    • 5+ years of litigation paralegal or legal-side eDiscovery analyst experience at a major law firm or corporation;
    • Solid understanding of litigation and discovery rules and processes required;
    • Familiarity with IT- and Legal-side data management tools and relevant discovery service providers highly desired; and
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
