The Digital Ad Ops Specialist will work on the digital marketing team at Dish as a key player on the in-house media team and contribute to Dish’s success. A person successful in this position will be extremely organized and detail oriented and have at least 1 year of experience working hands-on in digital ad ops ad serving platforms (Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek or comparable) and Facebook, as well as having a working knowledge of ad tech, particularly as it relates to display and video inventory. Experience with DCO is preferred but not required. The ad ops specialist will work closely with the digital media buyers and Dish’s in-house creative team to test new creative formats, manage creative versions and optimize creative based on clearly defined KPIs to help grow the business.
