    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    DishLATINO is looking for a Marketing Lead to work in the Digital Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will create and manage the Digital Media strategies, work cross functionality with our internal creative team, oversee call center campaigns and work closely with other Digital Marketing departments.


    Primary Responsibilities Fall into the Following Categories:

    • Support digital marketing campaigns and creative development across all DishLATINO tactics.  The Marketing Lead is the principal support for these key projects.
    • Create and manage call center campaigns to ensure proper invoicing and billing is followed
    • Analyze campaign and tactic performance with a data-driven approach to optimizing
    • Liaise with Media team to ensure creative is developed and delivered on time as per media plan
    • Responsible for digital marketing budget and tactic allocation
    • Own Spanish website optimization and ecommerce/cart conversion


    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    In order to be successful, you will have or be the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related business discipline strongly preferred); MBA considered a plus; or combination of education and relevant work experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a marketing-related field, including understanding of creative development process and the importance of creativity in marketing communications
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and have an understanding there are different types of Hispanic consumers in the U.S.; strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and project management experience
    • Proven communication and presentation skills: advanced ability to present recommendations and to adjust presentations accordingly based on feedback
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, support network-building capabilities, promote enthusiasm, and foster strategic thinking
    • Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness; decisive & effective problem-solving ability. Sound analytical skills; both qualitative & quantitative
