    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition team is integral to DISH's success as we supply the fuel for our continued growth and award-winning innovation.  We are looking for an Executive Recruiter who will manage the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of senior-level executive roles.  Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition (VP TA), this function will work closely with VP TA and other C-level executives as we develop the strategy to position DISH for the future by attracting, identifying and placing key executive roles in the organization.

     

    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

     

    • Work with the VP TA and Executive Leadership to create and execute multi-channel strategies to identify and source candidates for both current and future requirements across all lines of business, to include creative networking and branding initiatives
    • Initiate contact with candidates with persuasiveness and maintain high touch, responsive, and lasting relationships through the recruitment lifecycle (source to close)
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing and on-going relationship management.
    • Manage planning and logistics for candidate’s interview days onsite; Offer administrative support throughout the hiring  process.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    The successful Executive Recruiter will have the following:

     

    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) of full lifecycle recruitment, selection, and negotiation techniques
    • History of developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies
    • Proven experienced interviewing, assessing and presenting candidates / managing the full recruitment cycle for complex and senior level hires
    • A high degree of comfort in communicating with mid to senior level executives
    • Outstanding database and internet research skills as well as a broad knowledge of business information sources
    • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; service oriented attitude with a sense of urgency and tenacity
