    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The eCommerce Senior Lead position will focus on customer acquisition through the website from both website optimization and SEO. This position will be a senior position within digital marketing program and highly visible to leadership. A successful candidate is detail oriented, metrics driven, and excited by acquisition strategy and optimization



    • Develop website audience segmentation strategy and optimize site based on audience attributes
    • Develop website testing strategy and optimization of media landing pages
    • Improve user experience on both website and mobile app
    • Expand upon SEO strategy and improve performance current generated by channel


    Skills - Experience and Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree from relative field and 4-6 years’ experience in website optimization experience; or combination of education and relative work experience 
    • Significant experience in marketing technology including site analytics, CMS systems, experience management platforms, and marketing attribution platforms
    • Extensive experience with Excel and comfortable with pivot tables, vlooksups, and other functions
    • Excellent communication, cross-functional and relationship management skills
    • Management experience with 2-4 direct reports
    • Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment, while keeping business objectives top of mind; passion for media & entertainment industry
