    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    As part of the Direct Sales Acquisition and Retention department, the Rewards and Recognition Coordinator acts as the ambassador for all functions supporting the Rewards and Recognition (R&R) program and is focused on celebrating success and motivating agents to achieve targeted goals. The Coordinator assists with creating and delivering site and R&R communications, manages prize and recognition award distribution, organizes events, and supports VIP visitors.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Event coordinator. Plan and manage site events, prepare agendas, coordinate facilities, and secure event materials as needed
    • Negotiate with third party vendors to secure event activities within budget requirements
    • Maintain site and departmental information; track reward and tax information daily
    • Procure and manage inventory to support site needs and produce reports as appropriate
    • Deliver small group presentations at local site level and national audience
    • Interface with accounting and reporting departments
    • Organize, manage, and distribute inventory of all prizes
    • Other administrative and management site support activities as assigned

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience in event coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Expertise in reward/incentive travel a plus. Research travel options (transportation, excursions, hotels, etc), present recommendations and manage fulfillment of the experience
    • Elevated level of computer expertise including use of spreadsheets and presentation applications. (Excel/Google Sheets, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator considered an advantage)
    • Self-directed, strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
