A Sales Trainer I is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering training and development programs for the Customer Acquisition and Retention organization. This includes but is not limited to, New Hire, Up-Training (UPT), Continuous Associate Training (CAT), sales flows, order entry tools, competitive intelligence, etc. This role is responsible for guiding New Hires through their onboarding process over the four-week process and deliver an Associate who is able to meet and exceed company goals and customer expectations.
