    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Advanced TV Analytics team at DISH Media is seeking a highly skilled Targeting & Attribution Manager.  This role will manage pre-campaign targeting and post-campaign attribution strategy, oversee execution of in-flight campaigns, and analyze success of several large accounts within DM’s targeted advertising business across both DISH and Sling TV. This candidate will be the relationship owner with several internal and external partners and will be responsible for the overall success of DISH Media targeted campaigns. We are looking for candidates with the ability to build and sustain relationships across agencies, clients, and data partners to help grow the business.

     

     

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Manage Advanced TV Analytics team relationship with Account Executives on assigned account lists, which may include general market, direct response, international, programmatic, and digital advertisers.
    • Own and manage the daily relationship between DISH Media and external data partners/internal data sciences for all Addressable and Advanced TV campaigns for both DISH and Sling.
    • Offer expert direction and innovative solutions to clients on campaign strategy, targeting, planning, and measurement by utilizing client KPI objectives as guidance.
    • Provide direction to assistants and planners on all points of Addressable and Advanced TV campaign execution across DISH and Sling; analyze and diagnose client needs to maximize all revenue opportunities within the campaign.
    • Monitor and maintain data fee spending for targeting and measurement within approved budgets.
    • Analyze, QA, prepare, and lead the presentation of post-campaign measurement reports to agency and client partners with Account Executives.
    • Handle various miscellaneous duties as assigned such as client pitches, research projects, hosting in-house training sessions, and providing insights to marketing for sales collateral.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Targeting & Attribution Manager will have the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of industry experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communication; strong public speaking skills.
    • Robust knowledge of national media measurement strategies and advanced advertising best practicesk and strong Media Math knowledge.
    • Proficient in excel or data/analytical related programs, ability to analyze and translate data based findings into relevant and actionable insights.
    • Ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, and possesses the ability to articulate needs and provide direction in a clear and concise manner.
    • Some travel may be required.
