    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Sling division of DISH Media Sales has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2015.  Our New York team is growing and we are seeking a Digital Campaign Coordinator to execute and manage ad campaigns for some of the biggest brands on the planet.  This individual will monitor the day-to-day performance and optimization of digital ads on Sling TV and DISH Anywhere.

     

    The Digital Campaign Coordinator will report to the Manager of Digital Advertising Operations within the DISH Media Sales division.  He/she should be familiar with the digital landscape and the desire to learn.

     

    Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Execute and implement digital advertising campaigns to ensure accurate impression, performance, and revenue delivery.
    • Assist the Client Services team and Account Executives with campaign management such as creative collection, QA and delivery reporting.
    • Flawlessly traffic direct sales and programmatic digital advertising campaigns in a timely manner.
    • Manage live campaigns by analyzing performance daily. Work with internal teams, sales and clients to make optimizations in ad servers to ensure fulfillment and maximize yield.
    • Monitor 3rd party ad server delivery and work with 3rd party vendors to resolve reporting discrepancies with FreeWheel.
    • Investigate, troubleshoot and provide feedback for campaign delivery issues; such as under pacing, reporting discrepancies, and technical issues; to sales, clients and technology vendors.

    Skills - Experience and Requirements

    A successful Digital Campaign Coordinator will have the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an advertising related field; 0-1 year of digital Ad Ops, campaign management, trafficking, or programmatic experience.
    • Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, technologies, and terminology.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role; must be comfortable working with external teams and clients and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized with an ability to multi-task within a team setting and execute under aggressive timelines.
    • Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.
    • Be a problem-solver, not a problem alerter.
